The Ministerial Code of Conduct sets out the ethical standards required of Ministers when acting in their capacity as a Minister in the Northern Ireland Executive.
When investigating a complaint against a Minister, the Commissioner can only examine alleged breaches of the Ministerial Code of Conduct set out in paragraphs 1.5 and 1.6 of the Ministerial Code.
